I decided to replace my unit and my furnace since it was older as well. They came back out on Monday morning and did the install in 3-4 hours. Although they were very busy, he came out the next day to diagnose the issue, explain our options, and provide an estimate. They were able to replace our broken A/C unit within a couple of days.
