I’ve always been reluctant to call random AC guys because I’ve heard stories of people getting ripped off. Kurt and his team go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Most recently, a part came loose in my system which caused a horrific noise, and my fear was that the motor was toast and I was looking at a massive fix. I called Kurt, and he swung by in between appointments (I let him in remotely while we were on vacation), and he fixed a simple part and all was well. He’s the kind of guy you instantly trust having in your home. Their service plan is reasonable and makes servicing your system incredibly easy. Honestly, I can’t say enough about these guys. We Were So Impressed with This Company
We were so impressed with this company. We called this morning at 8 AM and by 12 noon, we had a technician at our house. By 2 PM our air conditioning was working wonderfully! Curtis was professional and efficient and so friendly to deal with. He replaced the starter motor, the fan motor, and he cleaned the entire unit. He replaced the Freon and even went down and changed our filter. We are thrilled to have a new HVAC company to call. We felt like the cost for the service was very reasonable.
