Outstanding service and response! Kurt was amazing. The furnace went out suddenly on a Friday night with bad timing before a weekend and during the cold of December. Called several places, but all route through an answering service and unable to get a tech out until late in the day or even the next day or two. Kurt answered himself, clarified the problem, said he was able to respond promptly, and even the service fee was lower than others. He was quickly on site about 30 minutes later, diagnosed the issue, and corrected in just over an hour. He even figured out a solution to a broken sensor issue that likely would have required most techs to order a part and return in several days while we waited with no heat. He clearly knows his stuff and left us with heat, most importantly. Will use for all future HVAC needs, including an improvement to our system as currently it’s been overstressed due to initial set up, which he walked me through options for.
